The Pre-Visit
Before your visit, I recommend taking a moment to review my services, pricing, and policies so you know exactly what to expect. If you’re unsure what to book, start with one of my New Guest services, these are designed to keep the process simple and allow enough time for a thorough consultation.
Please arrive with dry hair. Slightly dirty hair is fine, but please be considerate and avoid excessive oil or product buildup. Bringing one or two inspiration photos is ideal, as photos help me understand your goals and ensure we’re on the same page.
My goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of from the moment you walk in.
The Consultation
We’ll start your appointment with a thorough consultation to talk about your hair history, your goals, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This is your time to ask questions, share inspiration photos, and make sure we’re on the same page before we begin.
I’ll also give my professional recommendations based on your hair type, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences so we can create a look that works for you long after you leave the salon.
After Goodbye
Before you leave, we’ll go over how to keep your hair looking its best at home and the ideal timing for your next visit. I want your color and cut to grow out well and feel realistic for your lifestyle, not just look good the day you walk out of the salon.
If you’d like to stay on a regular schedule or like a certain day or time, I always suggest rebooking before you leave so you don’t have to worry about finding an opening later.
